Fight the Good Fight
"He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne." Revelation 3:21
If we overcome the obstacles in this world, we get to sit down with God on His throne in the next. Isn't that powerful? To know our reward for fighting until the final round is to sit down, to finally rest, with our Heavenly Father. I don't know about you, but that promise makes me ready for another round.
No matter what you're up against, no matter what you're fighting, don't give up. Don't lie down and let the world beat you, because you are not of this world. Stand tall, faith fully in Jesus, with the boxing gloves of His word on your fist. And fight.
And when the final bell rings, you may be bruised, bleeding, and striped down, but you will throw up your arms in sweet VICTORY and God will make your new! It's a promise.
Thank you Lord for always helping me to overcome whatever battle I must face. Thank you that I don't have to face anything alone. Thank you for equipping me. Thank you for giving me the victory through your son, Jesus. In His name I pray. Amen.
