Called into the Unknown
“You’re blessed when your commitment to God provokes persecution. The persecution drives you even deeper into God’s kingdom." Matthew 5:10
Sometimes the Lord will call you to do things that other people don't understand. You may be judged and your motives may be questioned, but God knows your heart. Some will see you as foolish or doubt your gifting/calling. They may not see what's inside of you or what you have to offer.
Sometimes being "overlooked" is God's way of protecting his gems until the time is right for them to shine as bright as possible for him.
Don't let the doubters slow you down or keep you from obeying the Father. Blessings follow those who walk in obedience. Always.
Father, thank you for planting dreams in our hearts. Thank you for making us all different in order to progress the kingdom. Thank you for knowing our hearts and our motives and for calling us by name. Help us to always trust in your wisdom and walk in obedience. In Jesus' name. Amen.
